    Applying ice to your feet will help relieve the inflammation of the plantar fascia ligament. You can even take over the counter ibuprofen to not only help ease the pain, but also the inflammation. Massage has even been shown to be successful.  However, when you're working, you can't stop what you're doing to ice your feet, or get a massage.
